A living piece of Hollywood history: this 1929 Spanish Colonial Revival, once the longtime home of Bob Barker, was re-envisioned by interior designer Julia Dempster. Set on the legendary site of The Outpost, Hollywood's very first residence, it holds Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 673 status. Original arched doorways, stained-glass windows, and a hand-painted fresco ceiling remain, alongside a fully restored kitchen with Viola Monet marble. Sold April 2026.
